I thought these lists were supposed to be jokes. These are actual reasons not to listen to the station, especially #1. I guessing people tuned in, heard all of the dead air, and assumed the station was no longer on the air.

People went over to 100.3 KTLK FM where they offer entertainment and thoughtful discussion... the patriot is all but dead

"People went over to 100.3 KTLK FM"

If you looked into the facts, the KTLK audience also dropped. Down over 25%.

On the other hand, Air America Radio audience grew.

Sorry that facts ave a liberal bias.

This comment from Brian Lambert--no fan of The Patriot or KTLK--probably explains it best:

In general, what with lower ratings for WCCO, KFAN, The Patriot, Air America and a negligible increase for heavily-promoted KTLK, it doesn't appear Twin Cities audiences were in much of a mood for talk this past spring.

Those who believe that big government is the solution to everything never listen to talk radio; those who believe that big government ISN'T the solution to anything are so fed up with how screwed up government is, they don't need to hear about it anymore. That's why I no longer listen to talk shows. BTW, if you are fed up with store customer service, wait until we get public health care!!!!
