Actually, Milosevic was not real dictator. He won several elections with just a slight margin. He lost the last one and ended up in jail. His reputation was way overblown in wester media and Clintons circles as a pretext for creation of largest american military base in the Europe. Bondstil is nicely positioned to oversee pipelines beeing built for Caspian oil.
By the way I hated Milosevic big time. But distortion of reality by media is much worse enemy of democracy.
Serbs were fighting the fudamentalist Muslim advance to southern Europe, just like they did some seven centuries ago. Milosevic was capable of manipulating the situation for his own financial reasons and for his sponsors in first Shrub administration that suported him 100%.

Why Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran? He is well loved in the Muslim world. In fact, they consider him a hero for daring to face up with the West and Israel.

However, for us outside the Muslim world, he could be considered dangerous for advocating the annihilation of Israel and development of nuclear arms.
