Nihilist Football Picks: Pro Week 16/College Minor Bowls

Last week I split 1-1-1 as the Rams at +7 pushed by losing by exactly 7. That puts my pro record at 22-22-1. Fortunately, college football is back as the minor bowl games have begun, so I have a chance to add to my 28-14 record there and get a few laughs out of some crappy bowl names.
